Return of merchandises will be accepted by us under the following conditions.
1. Materials were not as per the order, and part/item no. does not match the specification.
2. Materials shipped were found bad and or damaged on arrival, and reasons of return are intimated to us by email to get a Return Voucher from us.
3. Materials are to be returned with the return voucher duly filled
4. Materials are returned within ten days from the date of receipt on postage paid
5. Refund OR replacement will be made within ten days from the date of receipt of returned materials by us.
